.Less than a week and we will be showing at the mid Devon show .Three lambs need training and the rest need a little work,(or should I say a lot of work) The weather is against us once again the fields are muddy and the grass which is growing well is having an adverse effect on a few lambs,and they really don't like their ends washed. Mind you I don't like the job either and for some reason I always get the short straw.I think Jodie should get this job. Tomorrow a job I really dislike a couple of shearlings have got to go down the line,this is something I don't like and I don't seem to get used to it. On a lighter note looking out of the window it looks as if I'm going to get wet again oh joy! We have started sorting fleeces and we have some nice fleeces for hand spinning one of which yet to be decided is going to the show at the end of the week.If any body would like a shetland fleece for hand spinning please contact me.
